What MMOs do you play in the first month of 2014: games that released before or those that just came out this month? We picked up for you several MMOs you can try this month as well as several others you can keep an eye on.Among those games, what i look forward the most is Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn
FFXIV: ARR tells completely new storyline and provides enhanced graphics and improved UI. The game tries to catch you with epic story, something that defines the series. Even if you are not the type of player that will enjoy the story, you can still find a reason to stay in Eorzea after hitting the max level. The end-game includes the harder mode of the bosses, like Ifrit, that you have defeated in the story mode. You will revisit the dungeons in their hard or extreme mode with new layout and monsters. With update 2.0, you can finally own your own house and get access to more social content.
FFXIV: ARR’s massive 2.1 update rolled out in December 2013 and it brought in tons of fresh content. The update introduced in the Wolves' Den PvP arena where you can duel other players or participate in 4v4 match. Located in in Lower La Noscea, the Wolves' Den rewards you Action Points (AP) which can be used to purchase PvP-exclusive actions and traits.
New battles against the iconic enemies were added and you can join an 8-man party to challenge Ifrit, Garuda, and Titan in Extreme Battles, and Good King Moggle Mog XII in new trial "Thornmarch”. On the other hand, a couple of new dungeons were added.
Another hot topic of patch 2.1 is house price. The developer lowered the starting price in 2.1 but it's still expensive. The starting price varies from server to server ,depending on server population and economy.
