Square Enix have revealed Final Fantasy XIV patch 3.45 notes. Patch 3.45 brings a number of additions and refinements to the realm, including the continuation of the anima weapon quest line, new floors in the Palace of the Dead, and a deep dungeon scoring system.

The new anima weapon quests will give players a chance to improve their anima weapons, increasing their strength. It is noted, however, that it may not be a straightforward process; Square Enix recommends that you "consult and exchange information with other players as you progress to learn how these weapons are enhanced." Furthermore, players will be required to use the class that they start certain anima weapon quests with for the entirety of said quests.

A significant cotent has also been added to the Palace of the Dead, thus the total number of floors reaches up to over 110. Among those floors, it's necessary to experience the Palace of the Dead with first 100 floors. Players can challenge themselves with leftover floors. What's more, from this patch on, Players who have cleared floor 50 of the Palace of the Dead will now be given the option to start from floor 1 or floor 51 when creating a new save file. When starting from floor 51, players will be set to level 60 and their inventories will be cleared of pomanders. When you reach every floor, you can get relevent rewards.

Besides, the update also adds new "Far Eastern" attire to the Mog Station. And also a scoring system has been added to the Palace of the Dead with an associated rankings page on the Lodestone. When challenging the Palace of the Dead, players will now receive a score based on a number of factors such as highest floor reached and number of enemies slain. As you may know that Season Three of the Feast will start with patch 3.45, and is scheduled to end with the maintenance for patch 3.55.
