The last section of role creation is choosing your world, or server.If you want to group up with a lot of friends it's recommended to choose one server near the region you live in and play there.

Once you've created your role and gone through all these steps, you'll be treated to a cutscene. Afterwards, you'll be able to start gaining ffxiv gil and adventuring right away.
